End of year update

We would like to thank everyone who stopped by to chat during our pop-ups in Mannum and Murray Bridge last week. It was a great opportunity to meet more of the local community and chat about our Community Benefit Fund and hear your ideas.

We're taking a break

The Summerfield Battery project is taking a break for the festive season. Our last day on site will be Saturday 20 December 2025, and we'll be back on Monday 5 January 2026. During the break the site will be secured and regularly patrolled. Our communication channels will not be monitored but we will respond to any queries received via email, phone or our website when we return in the New Year.

 The Summerfield Battery Team wishes you a safe and happy festive season.

January works update

Works in early 2026 will include the ongoing delivery and installation of battery units, and facility components and buildings.

This will include approximately three over-sized deliveries during January, expected from Tuesday 6 January. Each of these deliveries will be transported on a single over-sized truck, supported by escort and pilot vehicles, during regular construction hours.
